About Me...
I started my gymnastics journey in ‘99, flipping and tumbling my way through the gym. Fast forward to ‘06, and I began coaching as well. I achieved my level 10 badge, and coaching became not just a gig but a calling. I have been privileged to help guide some incredible gymnasts to represent Victoria in WAG. (Australia next!)

My favourite apparatus to coach is Beam where the smallest of changes make the biggest difference, it was however my fourth favourite apparatus as a gymnast 🤣

​I also now have the pleasure of watching my daughter enjoy the sport of gymnastics, because It's not just a story to me it's a memoir of flips, balances, and routines that make the gymnastics world a home I wouldn't trade for anything!
